Q: How do I use the Rogers Gift Card?
A: The Rogers Gift Card is simple to use. At any Rogers Video or Rogers Plus store, the Gift Card works just like a debit card. Upon swiping at the register, it deducts the amount from the card. You can use it to purchase merchandise or services at any Rogers Video location.

Q: Can anyone use my Rogers Gift Card?
A: Yes. Because your name does not appear on the card, you may use it yourself or give it to anyone you choose.

Q: What happens if I lose my Card?
A: Since the Rogers Gift Card is just like cash, you should protect it as if it was cash. Refunds are not provided to customers who lose their cards.

Q: Can I reload my Rogers Gift Card?
A: Yes. Just bring the card into any Rogers Video to load more money on your card.

Q: Are Rogers Gift Cards sold in specific denominations?
A: You may purchase a Gift Card for ANY value from $1 - $250.

Q: What is my Rogers Gift Card number? How do I find it?
A: Your 19 digit Rogers Gift Card number is printed on the back of your card. If you are asked for your PIN number, scratch off the silver area to the right of the card to reveal the four digit PIN. [sample]

Q: What is a PIN? Why do I need it?
A: The PIN is a random 4-digit number that is under a silver scratch-off on the back of your Rogers Gift Card. The PIN number is needed to check your balance online. [sample]

Q: Where can I purchase an Rogers Gift Card?
A: You may purchase a Rogers Gift Card at any Rogers Video and Rogers Plus location. Click here to search for the nearest location.

Q: Can I purchase a Rogers Gift Card by phone?
A: Only orders of 100 or more can be made via phone at this time. Please contact 1-800-270-9203. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30 MST.

Q: Can I use the Rogers Gift Card on anything in the store? Even Cable/Wireless payments?
A: No. You can use it on anything in the store with the exception of Rogers bill payments or other gift cards.

Q: Can I use/redeem/purchase a Rogers Gift Card online?
A: No. At this time only balance inquiry is supported online.

Q: Am I restricted to using my Rogers Gift Card at the location of purchase or can I use my card at affiliate stores?
A: There are currently no affiliate stores. It may be used at any Rogers Video or Rogers Plus location, just like a gift certificate. Please click here to search for the nearest location.

Q: Can a Rogers Gift Card be used to purchase another Rogers Gift Card?
A: Yes. A Rogers Gift Cash Card can be used to purchase another Rogers Gift Card.

A: Yes. You may consolidate your Gift Cards onto one Gift Card. Visit your local Rogers Video or Rogers Plus store to assist you.

Q: How do I use the Rogers Gift Card for Toronto BlueJays and The Shopping Channel?
A:

• Shopping Channel: Use it to shop for over 10,000 items by phone (1-888-2020-888) and online (theshoppingchannel.com) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.*
• Toronto Blue Jays: Purchase Jays regular season home game tickets and Jays merchandise. Tickets can be purchased at the Rogers Centre ticket office [located at Gate 9] and for merchandise visit the Bullpen Store [located at Gate 2 in the Rogers centre] or try the Jays Shop located in the Sears store in the Toronto Eaton’s Centre.

Q: Where can I buy a Toronto BlueJays, or The Shopping Channel Gift Card?
A: You can purchase a Shopping Channel Gift Card the Shopping Channel online www.theshoppingchannel.com or over the phone 1-888-2020-888.
The Toronto Blue Jays Gift Card is available at the Rogers Centre, the Jays Shop at the Sears in the Toronto Eaton Centre, or online here. You can also pick up a Blue Jays Gift Card at more than 1,000 partner retail locations in Ontario including: Shoppers Drug Mart, Shell and Sunoco gas stations, 7-11, Stop N’Cash, Little Short Stop Convenience Stores, Avondale Foods and Men Are From Mars locations.

A: No. You should reload it!

Return and Refund Questions

Q: Can I receive cash back on funds I have placed on my Rogers Gift Card?
A: No. Your Rogers Gift Card may be redeemed for merchandise only, and may not be redeemed for cash.

Q: Can I return an item purchased using a Rogers Gift Card?
A: Yes. Return the merchandise along with the receipt to any Rogers Video location. Your purchase will be credited to your Rogers Gift Card.

Q: What is the Rogers Gift Card Return Policy?
A: With a receipt, you can receive a refund for your card as long as the product is in it's original condition. No returns will be accepted without a receipt.
